Of all the assets at our disposal, our workers are far and away the most valuable. We at H.R. Allen realize that a safe work force and a professional work force are one in the same. An individual who takes the time and effort to protect himself and his/her fellow workers from injury will also take the time to insure our customers receive the best possible job.

Let's look at the components of a safe working environment and our efforts to meet or exceed these requirements.

Training: We are in an ever changing field. In order to provide a safe working environment for our staff and professional service to customers we are constantly searching for improved methods and training opportunities.
Safety equipment, from Lockout/Tagout to confined space monitoring and rescue, is provided as project needs require.

In addition to the job and site specific training, the company employs an OSHA Certified Outreach Trainer who provides the necessary training to our employees. We are very proud of the fact that more than 90% of our superintendents and foremen have completed the OSHA 30 Hour training course.
